Nice quaint and low-dimmed bar with smooth Japanese whiskies. A little pricier than your typical bar but worth it for the quality drinks. Bartender’s service is also very attentive and has good energy.

The 5 stars for food represents the whiskey I had. I actually have no idea if they serve food. Not knowing Japanese whiskey well, I was hoping the bartender would have the knowledge, and boy oh boy was he awesome. After telling Francis my likes and dislikes with whiskey, he suggested two that were both awesome! Not to mention his music choice for that night (deep cuts alternative 80s 90s). Worth a stop for a beverage, regardless of your whiskey love, but especially if you do.

We came on a Thursday for Happy Hour. It’s a really cool bar, especially their happy hour prices. They have good bartenders and plenty of seating. I really enjoyed their Wolf and Crane special and whiskey sour. One of the few spots where they actually use an egg white. That sold it for me! We didn’t try any of their food, only drinks. Would come back and recommend checking out if in the Little Tokyo area.

Stopped by for a quick drink before dinner. Somewhat busy but the bartender sensed we had limited time and got to us right away. Very impressive list of Japanese whiskeys. I would have loved to have stayed a little longer. It was a very good vibe. Will be back.

Wolf & Crane in Little Tokyo is a cool spot, but parking can be a bit of a hunt. When I dropped by, they were hosting a private event, so the cocktail menu was limited, but I made do. I ordered the Berried Treasure—a solid drink, though it didn’t quite blow me away. The vibe was laid-back with great energy, and the staff were friendly despite the limited menu. While my drink was fine, I’d love to return when the full menu’s available. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area, just be prepared for parking roulette!
