Stay away from this company. The owner is unprofessional and communication is hit and miss, sometimes very responsive and other times not at all. His son was a pleasure to work with and why I stuck with this company as long as I did. Unable to bill on a normal cycle, expects immediate payment for services rendered or you are dropped from weekly service. Was challenged to handle a liner replacement for a pool with a high-water table. Illegally pumped pool water into VA Beach septic system. Kept telling me I have water running from my yard into the pool, when the pool sits higher than the surrounding yard. Dropped my service with no notice despite being current on all billings. 6/13/2026: In response to the owner: David Greer is very disorganized and can be down right rude. I scheduled the opening of my pool, then without notice sends his son out a week early to open the pool. I had to have my contractor turn him away as the house is being remodeled and there was a reason for the date I had picked. He then reaches out again to open the pool before the specified date, which I again declined. Then the pool is opened on Saturday 16 May. The water was clear but the sides of the pool were covered, makes sense. They brushed the sides, the water clouded, but in a few days it cleared (Tuesday), then turned green by Friday then turned brown. I get an invoice on May 20th, due May 20th, not the end of the month, not 30 days. I wasn't paying the opening bill for a brown pool. On the 27th, I asked if I could pay via Venmo, he responds on the 28th, then on the 29th asks me to call him because I am being dropped from weekly service because I haven't paid. Well as far as my calendar skills go, the 29th is not the end of May, and if you bill monthly then I should have gotten all the charges for May at the end of May. So it wasn't a new month, we were still in May, so please don't lie. It is clear that the owner doesn't work with owner's of vacation rentals. Maybe he is ok if your pool is at your personal residence. But even so, it doesn't make-up for his lack of professionalism. My new pool company had to shock the pool again, clear all the live algae off the side of the pool at water level and fix an air leak at the pump. All these things should have been done when the pool was opened. These are things I pay a company to do, not act like a child because I didn't respond within 24 hours because the water level in the pool was low. That is what I hired you for, to make sure the pool was ready for my guests. The pool deck is the highest point in the yard and the pool deck slopes away from the pool, there is no pooling on the concrete pool deck. Yes the water pools in the yard during hard rains but that water is below the pool deck and cannot run into the pool, so once again, please don't lie.

We had our liner replaced and it only took 2 days. The crew was Very professional , price very competitive and David and Chris were just heaven sent … explained the whole process and was there afterwards to answer questions and concerns as far maintenance and upkeep. I would recommend them 1000 times without hesitation. Give them a Call.

We had issues with getting proper service with this company, specifically the person they had cleaning our pool, Hunter. They missed a scheduled date once, no big deal but at first they tried to tell us that they had come. Then it became consistent. Three times in a row they missed our day and I'm not sure if they would have shown up at all if I didn't say anything. I began questioning if they were actually cleaning our pool. I had to clean out the skimmers after Hunter's service every single time, no big deal.. it's easy.. but then he stopped cleaning the pool's fountain. And then I noticed the water going a little green... and then it looked like he hasnt been vacuuming.. Anyway, long story short, I paid them almost $300 last month and all I got for it was a green pool that I had to pay another company $300 to remedy. It seems like Hunter never wanted to vacuum, brush, or treat our pool with chemicals. Besides chlorine tablets with CYA.. our CYA is now over 120. Given two stars because David (his dad) seemed to know his stuff and was quick to respond. Hopefully if you go with this company you get better service than we did.
