I use to come here every month for a facial or microneedling session but the last visit was the final straw. I paid over $400 for the IPL photofacial (3 sessions) and my face had no change. One of the facialist recommended it or I wouldn't have wasted my money. The place is nice, clean and I adore Donna but Lauren and the blonde check in host have terrible attitudes. Lauren had me wait every time to get my IPL photofacial while she was doing shots B12 or procedures on HERSELF. Very unprofessional ! I'm not sure if the owner sees this but the customer service is going down. The blond woman is so rude and has the stankiest RBF I've ever seen on a 28 year old. Donna needs to leave and open up her own clinic. Also the girls constantly gossip. We can hear you through the doors. I'm 36 years old and never in my life talked to anyone the way the blond woman does. She thinks we all owe her a favor for helping us. OWNER DO BETTER!

The Body Sculpting is amazing. I bought the package of 8. Joe and Tylee did an awesome job working on the muscles I would ask to be worked on. I will definitely be back for me. I can feel my muscles getting stronger. Thank you Tribe Med Spa. I also received 2 MICC shots from Lauren that have given me more energy! Alexis at the front desk did an amazing job at scheduling and taking care of me. I highly recommend Tribe Spa!

Lauren is a GEM! Don’t let anyone else touch your face! :) She took the time to listen and educate me, which I truly appreciate. Lauren gave me honest recommendations and expectations. We worked on creating a plan, together, that is giving me great results and I couldn’t be happier! The personal care she provides is unmatched. She’s not pushy and she explains everything in a kind, non-judgmental way. Alexis is great as well! She’s professional and knowledgeable too! Alexis and Lauren and the dynamic duo you need to go see asap. Period.

They truly deserve no stars. I recently visited this med spa for Dysport injections. I specifically requested the same number of units I have been receiving consistently for the past several years. I only get this treatment as a preventative measure and have been doing so for about four years, so I’m very familiar with how my face typically responds. During the appointment itself, the injector began injecting without clearly discussing or showing me exactly where the treatment would be placed. This immediately felt unusual compared to other providers I’ve seen, who normally review the injection sites beforehand. After waiting the full two-week period for the Dysport to take effect, I still had significantly more movement than I have ever experienced with the same dosage. Concerned, I called the spa to explain the situation and asked to speak with a manager so I could schedule a follow-up appointment. Before the manager even came to the phone, I could clearly hear her in the background telling the receptionist, “Why does she need to talk to me? What does she expect me to do?” It was obvious she was annoyed at having to address a customer concern. When she finally got on the phone, the interaction only became worse. Instead of listening or showing any willingness to help, she was dismissive, rude, and argumentative. I even offered to show before-and-after photos from previous treatments with the same dosage to provide context, but she continued to argue rather than address the issue professionally. Regardless of the circumstances, arguing with a client—especially in a medical or cosmetic setting—is completely unacceptable. I ultimately decided not to return for a follow up because of how I was treated. I did not feel comfortable or safe allowing this business to perform additional injections after that interaction. At this point, I would rather lose the money I spent on this treatment than return to a place that treats customers this way. Professionalism, communication, and patient trust are essential when someone is trusting you with their face. After reading through other reviews, it appears this may not be an isolated experience. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this establishment. Be cautious about who you trust with your face and your care. To the manager of this establishment: if you aren’t good at communicating and being friendly, this probably isn’t the position for you. As an owner, I’d be embarrassed to have my clients treated in this manner. *Let me make clear I never asked for a refund or any free service. I was willing to come in for a follow up until I was treated poorly. I wouldn’t have made a follow up appointment if all I was looking for was a refund? Money wasn’t the issue the service was. Pictures posted are two weeks post treatment and the date the photo was taken is in the pictures.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the best laser treatment for my stretch marks and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, Lauren made sure I was comfortable and well-informed.What I really appreciated was Lauren's personalized approach. Also, Alexis took the time to understand my skin’s specific needs and recommended the treatment accordingly. If you’re considering laser treatments, I highly recommend this Med Spa. It’s effective, professional, and results-driven.
