We live up north and leave our Florida home empty for a good part of the year, so finding someone reliable was a big deal for us. After trying a couple different options over the years, Three Palms has been a completely different experience. What I like most is the communication. After every visit, we actually see what’s going on at the house instead of just hearing “everything looks fine.” The reports are clear, the photos help, and if something even looks slightly off, they let us know right away. It just takes that constant worry off your mind when you’re not there. Honestly, it’s the first time we’ve felt like our home is actually being looked after, not just checked on.

We originally had a neighbor keep an eye on our home, which worked until it didn't. After a small issue mushroomed into a larger problem, we decided to go with a professional service and contract with Three Palms Home Watch. Turned out to be a great move as they are easy to work with and very responsive. They have a documented process and just don't pop in and out. The updates are consistent and detailed. He makes it easy where I don't have to worry about anything. Super professional, runs a tight ship, has all the certifications and insurance. You know your dealing with a real pro. He delivers on what he says. You wont be disappointed.
