We cannot express the level of professionalism and dedication we experienced working with The Wood Floor Company. Our home like so many, had flood damage from Hurricane Ian. Tricia came and assessed the damage, provided an estimate of like for like for insurance purposes and then kindly guided us through the process of choosing a replacement. Not only we're they quick to provide a like for like estimate, they were helpful in providing samples, guiding us through our decision, final estimate, delivery, prep and installation. Through the entire process I felt comfortable in the hands of The Wood Floor Company. Everyone we worked with, Tricia, Denice, London, Alex and the entire installation crew were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Finally to top off the entire process, we LOVE our new floors, Thank you to the entire team!! I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!
The estimate for a repair to our water damaged wood floors from Hurricane Irma was fair and reasonable and provided promptly by The Wood Floor Company. A date for the repair was set in a timely manner by the company and by us so that it would be convenient for us. The repair was very well done and completed when the company said it would be completed. All documents necessary for my insurance claim were provided in a timely manner. Everyone from the Wood Floor Company was kind and pleasant to work with. A great experience. Thanks!
Very professional and caring staff with top notch products. London is excellent with product selection and advice and Alex is the best at installation. Worked in very short timeframe to provide us with a quality job all on time and with no major issues. Very pleased and recommend them highly.
We loved working with The Wood Floor Co. After losing our hardwood flooring after Hurricane Irma, Tricia came out and assessed everything. I thought we would possibly be waiting months for a mere estimate and I just cannot say enough about her professionalism, outstanding creative vision and ability to get the job done quickly. The entire job was done by Thanksgiving and that is remarkable given all the problems Irma left everyone with. It is my pleasure to give a 5 Star rating!
We are thrilled with the white oak floors and the install and service we received from the wood floor company ! London was great to work with and we found they had a really great selection at very good prices. It looks amazing couldn’t be happier with the end result and all done very quickly.
