Our twice a year inspection with Air Doc of Texas! Their Customer Care always calls to remind, update and calendar us . She is just the nicest person to talk with! Our service person was new to us but very professional and thorough. He found needed repair/maintenance and gacve us analysis and cost on the spot. Reasonable pricing. We appreciate Texas Air Doc
I was very pleased with the service provided by Brian. He answered all my questions and explained things I could do to help my ac perform better. I like that this a family owned business with a small number of techs. That means the repair technicians will become familiar with my ac versus having a different repairman every time my ac needs serviced. I hate that with large companies. I was so pleased I signed up for their service contract. Thank you Brian!
Once again Jeff and Texas Air Doctors provided exemplary service at the spur of the moment. We all know surviving the Texas heat without AC is next to impossible and Jeff made sure that was not necessary.
