I’ve been a patient of Dr. Galloway for over a year, and I am extremely satisfied with the consistency and quality of his care and adjustments. Came early (10am) just to do the paperwork, took all of 10min to complete. My appointment was at 10:30 & I’ve been here 55min already, still haven’t been seen. People that came after me have already been seen & some of them have left. The one thing I can’t stand about doctors office is the LACK OF RESPECT OF PATIENTS TIME! After 1hr 20min and yet another patient that came 30min after my scheduled appointment time was called back, I left. Of course I immediately get a call from the office & now all of a sudden a room is available. The culture of this office is horrible. I wouldn’t trust the doctor to tell me anything.
Dr Williams and his team are great they really do care about their patients and support. Very detailed in the information and feedback with diagnosis and follow-ups
Wonderful Nurses with exceptional bedside manner, very kind, patient, and informative the place is always clean and tidy and the music is calm and uplifting. They cheer, support, and advocate for you throughout your healing journey. I highly recommend this place. Even with the hiccups I've had I still would pick this place all over again
I was in a car accident so that's how I learned about this office. My experience has been awesome! Professional, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I'm giving 5 starts because of the following 3 individuals who made my experience first class! Dr Coulter (Chiropractor) - He listened. He genuinely wanted to help in my recovery. He was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Natalia (Physical Therapist) - She was always in a cheerful mood. She definitely took pride in her work--very meticulous! She was ways professional and listened. Nohe (Receptionist) - She was always pleasant and smiling. She was easy to talk to, very patient and showed a willingness to help.
