Good drinks and great service. A little loud but the vibes are fun, music's good (mix of upbeat and chill, was more hip-hop, jazz, r&b leaning the night I went which was great) and the decor is cool.
I visited this bar two nights in a row during my trip to Los Angeles, and unfortunately my experience changed dramatically from one night to the next. On Monday (22nd), I had a great time. The bartender (a woman) was friendly, welcoming, and honored a $10 cocktail deal even after 8pm. Because of that experience, I decided to come back the following night expecting a similar atmosphere. However, on Tuesday (23rd), the experience was completely different. I was served by a different bartender ( man) , and after explaining my previous visit and the $10 cocktails, he initially acknowledged it. But when it came time to pay, I was charged $19 for a cocktail instead of $10. I gave him $20, and he returned $1, which I pointed out was incorrect. Instead of correcting it properly, he treated the situation as if I were tipping him, which I was not. When I questioned the price, he said the deal only applied after 8pm—despite me clearly explaining that the bartender the night before had honored it later and encouraged me to return. The attitude I received was dismissive and unhelpful, and the situation left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I only stayed for one drink and left. It’s a shame because my first night was genuinely enjoyable, but this inconsistency and poor service really put a damper on my last night in Los Angeles. I hope management addresses this, as consistency and clear communication make a big difference in customer experience.
Really cool bar that we came across in DTLA. Really loved the vibe, the art (artsy creative vibes) and the space. They had a great DJ and pretty good drinks. It was pretty chill and relaxed the night we went - not a ton of people however we walked by on a Friday night and it was packed and looked like a great time. I will definitely keep this place in mind next time I'm in LA.
This place is great bar in DTLA for locals, a chill vibe with classic movies playing on the wall. Bartenders are great and the drinks are pretty good, the good DTLA vibes all here. There’s only one bar but they’re pretty fast. Get “Fiesty one” for a martini or the flight of tequilas, the atmosphere is a dark and inviting vibe.
Love the cocktails and ambiance here. Comfy seats, friendly people, romantic candlelight vibes, kinda similar to speakeasy but with jazzy live music, trendy/chic interior designs, and absolutely perfect for a date night! My date and I came here after our dinner at Joey’s across the street, and stayed until they closed (2AM on a Wednesday)! Had 2 drinks (gin sour and soho margarita) and they were pretty strong, but so refreshing! I wish they have desserts menu or light bites options to company the alcoholic beverages. Overalls, it was a fabulous experience to remember.
