We had Servpro take care of a mold issue we had under kitchen sink. Kyle and James arrived on time. Did a great job, very efficient, kept me informed as to what would happen next, cleaned as they went very polite young men. Would highly recommend.

I have to give out a huge shout out to the Servpro team in Fort Myers. Thank you to John Ferguson, Joseph, Kyle, Sherry, Valeria and Joshua. Just before Thanksgiving I found black mold throughout my home. All of the above team went over and beyond and were able to get me back in about a week before Christmas. I am truly grateful for each and everyone of you all and you should each get a big raise. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Our home was flooded with sewer water that affected 5 areas of our home. We are so thankful that Servpro was recommended to us! From start (clean/disinfect, remove damaged flooring, baseboards and walls, and dry the areas) to finish (repair, replace, and paint these areas) they did an exemplary job! They clearly communicated with us on a daily basis about what to expect.Thank you Kyle, John, Louis and Victor! This was an ugly, smelly, stressful event yet your professionalism and expertise eased our minds! We cannot say enough good things about Servpro.
