I recently dined at Ruth’s Chris Steak House and had a mixed experience overall. First, I want to highlight our server, Gerry. He was exceptional. Very friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. His service truly stood out and added to the experience. For food, we ordered the salmon and shrimp, as well as the stuffed chicken. Our sides included the bacon Brussels sprouts, au gratin potatoes, and the pecan-crusted sweet potato. Everything was flavorful and cooked well. The espresso martini was also a great choice and definitely a highlight. However, it was a pretty long wait before we received our food, which took away from the overall experience. Things took another turn when we received our drinks and water—there were particles floating in both the glasses and the water glass pitcher. It looked like bread crumbs and possibly parsley settled at the bottom. While the staff corrected it immediately (which I appreciated), it was disappointing to encounter something like that at a restaurant of this caliber. Overall, great service from Gerry and solid food, but the wait time and issue with the water took away from what should have been a flawless dining experience.

We went with the classics: fillet steak, mashed potatoes, cream spinach, and chocolate cheesecake. The steak was the star of the night, and when it was right, it was really good. First one came out dry despite ordering medium, but when I mentioned it to our server Tramaine, she was immediately apologetic and got it switched out without any hassle. Still, it got me thinking: what if I hadn’t said anything? At a place like Ruth’s Chris you’re not expecting to have to send something back. The sides held their own too. The cream spinach and mashed potatoes were genuinely delicious. And the chocolate cheesecake was a good way to end it. Tramaine was great throughout. Very gracious, attentive, exactly what you’d hope for at this price point. She’s the reason the night stayed on track. Definitely recommend.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The lamb chops were the best. The lobster Mac and cheese was the most satisfying side dish I ever tasted. I would get it again with the Caesar salad the next time I come here. The staff were very friendly and no rush. I like eating there since it’s brand new on Route 59.

Wow! The dining experience here blew us away! We had such a wonderful time, the entertainment was great and each dish was elevated! Highly recommended coming here for a memorable night out!

DELICIOUS! Lets start this by saying I have always loved Ruth Chris. Have been going for decades and this location definitely didn’t drop the ball. My wife and I went for some small bites and a drink. We had bar service from John, Cara, Tiffany and some others hahaha it was a fun little memory game. The crab cakes and lobster mac were smacking!! Go and get these PLEASE! So good and the drinks were right on! As always I’ll let the pictures tell the rest. 🤩 Just a little update since the last post. Took my wife here for our 7 years of knowing each other and who knows will maybe go back for our 2 year Wedding Anniversary?? This place is and will always be one of my favorite places. First and foremost I’d like to shout out our AMAZING server Tina! We appreciated everything! Very attentive, professional and accommodating. My wife wanted lobster and scallops and Tina made it happen! Shout out to the chefs and all the staff that came together to make our night Amazing! Ok time to add pictures and videos. - 5/14/26
