Paid $25 for a broken car wash! The horizontal rollers didn't work and when I told the employees they said they were about to undego upgrades. I told them they should at least put a sign up that the rollers don't work. No refund given, just the option to go through again. The vacuum bays had 1 rag each and every other bay had water, I recommend any other car wash in ft. Myers stay away from this one.

One star is a compliment for this location. I signed up for an unlimited plan, great price, etc. This location is "closed for maintenance" more than they're open. I was told by two employees this location was bought by Link and all new equipment was being installed, etc. that was 3 months ago and nothing has changed. Last time I was there a Mercedes was ahead of me in the only lane they ever have open, they made their transaction and the gate arm lifts up, vehicle proceeds and BAM, the arm falls off and onto the side of the car, perfect. The attendant drags the arm off the side (driver didn't care) and waved me up. I asked him if the car hit the arm and he laughed, said "no, it just does that sometimes, this place is falling apart" his words not mine. He also added the equipment is no better. I've been trying to contact them to cancel my membership, next to impossible. Anyone have any tips on how to cancel? I’m done with this place...

First time at this place, got the best monthly membership and everything. Never had a problem with any other drive in car wash. I heard a noise while I was in the wash and when I get out I notice my bumper was ripped off. Broke the clips and everything. Car is a 22 with only 17k miles. Made a claim with one of the guys let’s see what they do about this. Very unsatisfied!!!

I was really enjoying this car wash however, every time I go, it is closed and I am paying a monthly fee. Nobody has the common courtesy to call back when I leave a message which has been for over a month now. The machine that cleans the mats never works anymore. They don’t have towels anymore. The customer service is definitely lacking. Constantly close for repairs yet. I’m paying a monthly fee and nobody calls back.
