Matt was our guide for the waverunner tour. He was amazing! We saw dolphin, a shark, birds, and beautiful beaches. We even got some time to drive around and play. The best part was the dolphin that swam with my ski. Absolutely the best place to take a ride!
It’s 4 O’clock and they’ve already closed and the guys at the front desk literally just chilling but on the website it is said it’s open until 5 o’clock! As a customer who wanted to ride and wanted to spend money, that’s very bad Service! It’s very expensive compared to other locations on the West Coast and East Coast and Keys
Totally worth the price for a full day rental. I felt like the setups were a bit close together for me. But I didn’t mind in the end. People were respectful of personal space and tended to stay close to their groups. It was a lovely day and I wouldn’t have enjoyed my birthday as much without the 2 lounge chairs and umbrella! That umbrella was a life saver!!!
Right in front of Eagle’s Nest. The owner was super nice as were his employees. We rented chairs for a week at a fair rate and rented Yamaha WaveRunners for an hour. They explained everything, let us switch riders (one driver but two kids) and let us ride a little longer since it was both kids’ first time. They had a blast and we loved our chairs. Will do it again every year. Highly recommend.
Wanted to take my daughter and her friend out on wave runners. Stopped by Marco water sports and you’ve got to have a reservation, go pay at the Marriott, ... I’m just the middleman... Regency was nothing like that. These guys took us through all the steps required and got us out on the water for a great time. Great experience, good customer service. Would highly recommend. Oh, did I mention better rates than Marco too? Give Regency a try.
