I highly recommend Ready Roofing & Solar for their excellent workmanship and professional service. Our roof replacement was completed beautifully, and we have received many compliments from neighbors and passersby about the color and quality of the installation. The finished roof truly enhanced the appearance of our home. I would especially like to recognize Johnathan Ibarra, our consultant, who has been outstanding from start to finish. He is knowledgeable, patient, and very professional. He took the time to explain every step of the process clearly and made sure we understood our options. Even after the project was completed, he continued to assist us and remained responsive when questions arose regarding documentation and insurance matters. What truly stood out was his continued support and reassurance during a stressful situation related to documentation and payment processing. I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had working with a roofing company from start to finish. I’ve worked with other roofers before who didn’t fully complete the job but still charged me, so I was nervous going into this process. Ready Roofing & Solar completely changed that experience for me. James Way was absolutely instrumental in making sure everything was done correctly and thoroughly. He took the time to answer every question I had, explained the entire process in simple, easy-to-understand terms, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking a dumb question. He was professional, personable, patient, and truly an asset to the company. He represents Ready Roofing & Solar incredibly well. He helped guide me through the insurance process, made sure I had everything I needed together, and walked with me through every step. I especially appreciated how meticulous he was about the details, from explaining the materials being used to making sure I understood my options and felt comfortable giving feedback and asking questions. I know there are way more people who helped me along the process that I didn't get to meet, or met briefly and due to my poor recall forget their names. So shout out to the entire team who helped me! On the day the roof was replaced, the crew worked incredibly fast and did an amazing job. They replaced my entire roof, including the decking, were respectful of my property, and cleaned up all debris before leaving. Honestly, you wouldn’t have even known they had been there except for the fact that I now have a beautiful brand-new roof that people keep complimenting. I’m genuinely grateful I found this company. The whole experience felt less like dealing with a contractor and more like having someone trustworthy guide me through a stressful process. I never felt alone or overwhelmed. I highly recommend Ready Roofing & Solar, and I would absolutely use them again in the future.

My roof was totaled in the hail storms in Allen in March of 2025. My previous roof only lasted 8.5 years. Part of that short lifetime was my fault because I took the advice of the previous roofing company as to what shingles I should get. It turns out I had contractor grade shingles that were “unrated” for hail. They looked OK but hot summers and hail did a number on it. This time around, I researched and found shingles that were class 4 architectural shingles that were also rated highly in 3rd party impact tests. I thought I might have difficulty finding a roofer to install Malarkay Legacy Scotchguard shingles or they would cost a fortune. Ready Roofing didn’t have them in stock but they were able to order them in a timely fashion and the price was very reasonable. Throughout the process, my sales reps Carson Moore and James Way contacted me numerous times to let me know what the status was. They answered all my techie questions and were very knowledgeable about the industry in general. The install crew showed up when promised and did an excellent job. I had upgraded my roof ventilation to ridge vent with my previous installer. However, they just shingled around my dead powered vents. Ready Roofing replaced the entire 4x8 decking sheets. I could see what looked like water damage around some of my vent stacks and they replaced that decking, bad trim and my passive vents without prompting. The cleanup process was VERY thorough. There were thousands of red and blue washers (and nails) from the tear off and I was hard pressed to find any when they were done. James actually came out and rescanned my property for about 45 minutes after the install crew had cleaned up. The only hiccup we ran into with the process was that we were several squares short on the delivery. I was worried that part of my roof would be left unprotected. However Carson or James had a courier deliver the necessary materials the same day! That’s great service! In general, making good on your promises, installing a quality product, working through the inevitable issues that pop up and having great communication are exactly what I was looking for in a roofing company and Ready Roofing delivered. Hat tip to Carson Moore and James Way for the near instant callbacks whenever I had questions.

Jonathan and Erik were excellent in their approach of working with my insurance company and communicating often whenever there was an update. After 16 months of discussions with my insurance company they received approval once they contested the insurance companies findings by hiring a mediator for a third party opinion. Once they started the job and completed it in just over a day and 1/2 the roof and guttering looked spectacular. Very efficient and the clean up was so good you never would have thought a new roof was just installed. Their follow up was the very best in keeping me aware of next steps and when a replacement shed and damaged screens would be installed. This was the best experience I have ever had with a roofing company who took the time to do a great job and make you feel like you had someone in the family working for you. Superb job!!

I can’t speak highly enough of our consultant, James Way. We knew the roof on the home we purchased was in decent shape, but wanted an honest assessment of areas where it was truly problematic. Other roofing companies gave estimates in the thousands, one over $10k, for work they recommended right now. That just didn’t seem right because we knew with the age of the roof it would likely need to be fully replaced in the next few years anyway. Thankfully we had James come out for an assessment, and he was clear and transparent from the start. He acknowledged that the roof would probably need a replacement in the next few years, but that the roof was overall in decent shape. He spent time explaining to us why the areas identified for repair by other companies were not immediately problematic (if not completely bogus). He recommended caulking a few very small holes to prevent water intrusion, something he did free of charge, but said that otherwise our roof should be just fine until a full replacement is due. What a relief to work with someone honest who isn’t looking to immediately extract every cent possible from the customer. When the time comes for our roof to be replaced, and for any roofing needs before then, James and the Ready Roofing team will be our first call.
