QuickPro Plumbing, Heating & Air in Redlands is absolutely top-notch. From the first call to the completed work, everything was professional, efficient, and stress-free. The team showed up on time, clearly explained what was going on, and walked me through my options without any pressure or upselling. The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and took pride in their work. They left the area clean and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s refreshing to work with a company that actually does what they say they’ll do and treats customers with respect. I cannot RAVE enough about QuickPros! Noah came out to put in a new garbage disposal unit and do a quick pull and reset of our toilets. He was punctual and efficient and so incredibly kind. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all our questions. (You can tell he LOVEs his job when you talk with him.) BTW - his attention to detail and desire to do the very best job possible shows in his work. Unfortunately, the pull and resets of one of the toilets turned into a hot mess as we quickly discovered that the wax ring had collapsed and we had been leeching "poop water" onto the subfloor and ceiling below. Noah handled it like a champ and we are so grateful to him!! He was able to coordinate with a remediation specialist to get everything cleaned up and fixed before doing the final install. We are so grateful and pleased with Quick Pros and Noah Gonzales in particular. 10/10 will go back to them for all of our plumbing needs...in fact, we are having them also install a new water heater and repair a leaking pipe to the heater as well as updating our HVAC system. So nice that they are able to do it all! We also signed up for their maintenance plan which was too good to pass up!
