I really appreciate Blake’s great honest and help! One of my air conditioners suddenly didn’t work after a power outage, Blake picked up the phone call on Sunday morning, guided me over the phone to fix it in 5 mins, rather than coming and charging a fee. If you don’t know who to trust when you got a cooling/heating issue, go to Blake :)
Blake came out late at night, and he was very friendly, competent, and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it in the spot. I can’t say enough good things about Blake and Pro Tech. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Blake was honest and very communicative. My system was repaired quickly and as promised, and it even came in below the estimate I was given. I'll definitely call these guys again for any future hvac needs.
