Very satisfied with all aspects of the work performed. I found ProFinish provides quality work while being flexible and open to work with customer requirement's. Their prices were fair and not over-inflated. Overall, we are very happy with our relationship and would recommend them for flooring installations, bathroom shower and tile work as well as door and trim installation.
Luis was great to work with. He was very informative and gave a detailed breakdown of what everything costs so there is no surprise/hidden costs. They were very efficient and easy to work with. Everything went according to plan and on time. The floors came out awesome and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Luis for a great experience. I highly recommend Flooring Pros !!
Proposal said that they were including the labor and the glue in the price for what they quoted me !! During the job they sent me an invoice for 5k for glue said that they had made a mistake and the proposal should not have included the glue Took zero responsibility for the error on their behalf ! During the job the their installers opened all the wood floor boxes and spread them throughout the house, they told me I did not order enough flooring and that needed to buy 16 more boxes of flooring to finish the job. Per their request, I ordered the flooring. They installed three boxes of flooring and finished the job and I kept and extra for the customer. I then had to return 12 boxes of flooring plus restocking which they did pay for A mess front start to finish be careful and confirm the proposal is correct with them before you sign anything
If you need quality work from a professional company, Luis and his team are the ones to call. All of my clients that have worked with him have only had positive feedback to report. He gets the job done and is very responsive. They truly care about their work!!!
Luis and Flooring Pros were fantastic. They installed COREtec floors throughout our entire house. We actually had the work done while we were gone for the holidays. Luis and his crew were very trustworthy and Luis communicated regularly with progress updates and photos. Working with Flooring Pros has been a great experience and we will hire Luis and his team for future projects.
