I am very impressed with how Powerhouse does business. They responded to my on-line request within minutes and scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. Emmanuel inspected the old water heater and explained many options to me so I could make an educated decision. I decided on having a new heater installed and he was able to accomplish that the same day. He was professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.
First off Jorge greeted me with a friendly smile and politly and professionally introduced himself. I appreciated the neat appearance as well in logo attire. Jorge listened to what work was needed , even though he already knew. As he took careful measurements and explained of the bases of the fixtures he explained why it was so important that they be exact. I appreciated his professional yet friendly manner and will surely refer Jorge and Powerhouse to my friends.

Jorge arrived right on time. He asked about our concern (outdoor garage lights & garage doors not working), and explained what he was going to check to find the problem. He let us know what he found, what he was going to do next etc. Very thorough-- fixed lights & garage doors! Left the areas very clean too. We definitely would call PowerHouse home services and Jorge again! Reasonably priced-- Thank you!
