Today we had Randy Savage tackle a tough job of removing and replacing our obsolete electric panel. He was punctual, very professional and methodical throughout the process. His calm demeanor was indicative of his comfort with the task at hand. He thoroughly went through the new system with me and answered all questions He is a great addition to the organization.

Great service. Replaced 46 year old home main shut off valve, three outside hose bibs and the diverter for the shower in the tub. All 46 years old. Job went perfect. Carlos is a Great plumber. Highly recommended company. Thank you.

My husband and I are Plumbing Nerds Pass members. The Plumbing Nerds were just at our house about a month and a half ago for an HVAC inspection. We were told that everything is perfect, but we should install a hard start kit, so we took the recommendation. Our A/C stopped working today so we called Plumbing Nerds. I am 6 months pregnant, so we pressed #1 for emergency service. First, we were told that someone would be on the way to us, but then about 5 minutes later Plumbing Nerds called back and said no one is available today. We stressed that this is an emergency. It was 85 degrees at the time with 88% humidity. We were forced to call another company (One Hour Air). They were at the house in 10mins and fixed the issue. It turned out that the hard start part that Plumbing Nerds installed had failed and caused a short. The One Hour Air tech just unplugged it and the AC started working again. We had to pay a $149.00 service fee since we aren't members with One Hour Air. Really disappointed with Plumbing Nerds. I had signed up for that Nerd Pass because I thought it gave me some priority protection against emergencies like this.

We discovered a leak in our shower. Although we had used another company for several years, we no longer were pleased with their work. Going to the internet, we wanted someone local who had good reviews. We settled on Plumbing and Electrical Nerds. George Santiago was sent out within an hour. George was very friendly and understood our issue. He shut off the water, discovered corroded pipes and clearly explained some options with us. We chose to move ahead and George said he could complete it within the day. He did! George stayed until it was finished and we were satisfied. He also explained the possibility of a yearly service agreement. We were so satisfied that we requested George work on another project for us. Friendly, hard working, knowledgeable - George is an asset for your company.

Good communication on arrival time. Technician Carlos was very professional and explained things fully and clearly. He was very efficient and hard working.
