Hello, I just wanted to share my experience. I’ve been coming To this location for years And I walked out pretty Disgusted On hearing the store associate talking crap about a customer Saying that “they need to pay attention” just because a customer was assuming or asking questions, And she seemed visibly irritated Never seen her before but her name was Alaina
I love this store and so do my pups. However, you have an employee who is exceptionally rude. Young man who does not wear a name tag. Customer service is key and your customers should not be be spoken to in such a condescending manner.
Pet Supplies Plus is a great store and ended up being much more convenient than some of the larger pet store chains nearby. Parking was easy and close to the entrance, which made it a quick stop instead of a chore. The store itself was very clean and well stocked, including the reptile section. They had exactly what I needed - mealworms for our leopard gecko - which isn’t always guaranteed depending on the location. The staff was friendly and helpful without hovering, and the whole experience was fast and efficient. In and out quickly with no hassle. This is an easy go-to spot if you’re in the area and need pet supplies done right.
I’ve shopped at this store for years, but my interaction with Brandon was enough to make me question whether I’ll return. His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and made for a terrible customer experience. It’s unfortunate that one employee can undo years of customer loyalty.
This is based on my personal experience. I’ve been a customer of Pet Supplies Plus for several years and have spent over $4,800 there, with fewer than $50 in returns during that time. Despite that, I was told by a cashier that I am “a pain” and that I “always screw up my orders,” which was both inaccurate and inappropriate. More concerning, the interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. No one should feel that way while shopping. I’m sharing this so others are aware and can make informed decisions about where they choose to do business.
