I just had my roof cleaned by Paradise Roof Cleaning. They did a great job. This is the second time I used this company. He is reliable, kept me updated and showed up on time. A major hurdle compared with many contractors in our area. He protected some plants & washed down others during the process protecting them from the chemical formula. After looking at my roof, its clean and great looking. The owners name is Billy, he is dependable and did a great job.

Our HOA sent us a letter requiring our roof to be cleaned, so we needed this done quickly to avoid fines. I contacted Billy on January 15th, explained the situation, and he was initially very informative. He explained soft washing, gave me a quote over the phone, and seemed professional. A few days later, I confirmed that we wanted to move forward. We texted back and forth and scheduled the job for Friday the 23rd at 10:00 AM. That morning came and went. After waiting until 10:30, I politely reached out for an ETA. I then called and was told the building department had shown up at his house to inspect his deck. We were understanding and even offered to reschedule for the next day. We then rescheduled for Saturday, but just before he was supposed to arrive, he contacted me again asking to push the job to Sunday due to not having the proper chemicals and needing help. Unfortunately, our HOA does not allow work on Sundays, so once again we compromised and moved it to Monday at 10:00 AM. Monday morning, I texted at 8:43 AM to let him know the gate would be open and to reach out if he needed anything. No response. I called at 10:02 AM and got no answer. Over an hour later, my husband called and left a voicemail asking if he was coming. Still no response. I later saw that my text message was read at 2:28 PM, but we were never contacted. We have no idea what caused the sudden change in behavior, but after doing our part to be extremely understanding and rescheduling twice due to his issues, for him to waste both his own time and ours only to completely ghost us is still baffling. This experience was especially unexpected given how many great Google reviews this company has. Luckily, we were able to show our HOA the message history documenting the sudden ghosting, and they allowed us to schedule with a different company and avoid fines, but many homeowners know that with HOAs, you don’t always get that lucky. After three scheduled dates, endless accommodations, and zero follow-through, the experience speaks for itself.

My roof looks brand new again—years of dirt, algae, and stains were removed, leaving it clean and bright. Billy and John arrived as scheduled to complete the cleaning of our roof, gutters and soffit. The job was completed timely and professionally. Our roof tiles and gutter and soffit system look like new. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely call Billy first for our next job of this type ... driveway cleaned and sealed.

We hired this company to clean our pool cage. They seemed professional at first. They did not show up the first time they set an appointment with us. They had an excuse. I should have know then not to move forward with them. They showed up the second time after lunch not in the morning as discussed. Did not work very much that day. Did not show back up the next day either had a car accident excuse this time. They proceeded to spray 100% straight bleach on my cage and my newly sodded yard killing all of my grass that was just installed. They did not rinse the yard or the travertine that was in my pool. I had to scrub the floor with soap and water for 4 hours. they also did not rinse the screens and they are all white now from the bleach. It is eroding them away. I will have to have the pool cage screens replaced and it is going to cost $10,000.00 and the grass is going to cost $3,500.00. I have reached out to them and I get no response.
