Ben did a fantastic job on a very old pool system. He removed unnecessary pipe and created a better flow installed two valves and upgraded the filter to a larger one. We are very happy with the workmanship. He has great communication arrived on time.
Ocean blue pool service is hands down your only need for pool service. The team there always provide a great service and the tech Kory Kio that I've been dealing with for my pool is always on his game. All the newest and environmentally friendly treatment options as well as the very best in repair and replacement if the need arises which it has. Kory made a repair to my chlorine injection system that saved me tons of money. His attention to detail is astounding. If nasa ever planned to build and maintain a pool on the moon Kory is definitely the guy for the job.
The change to Ocean Blue Swimming Pool Services came about as the result of forced medical retirement of my previous service. Ocean Blue has been an excellent service. Their communication after each visit includes a photograph of the pool and related monitored devices. They have provided personal service and fulfilled numerous personal requests in a timely fashion. Josh F. from Ocean Blue in Fort Myers just finished up replacing our failed community pool heater. Our experience with Ocean Blue (who is also doing our regular weekly maintenance) has been very good. Josh came when expected and quickly and professionally prepped the area. He then placed the new concrete pad we requested, coordinated with us about where to face the control panel for a reasonable sight-line and access when needed, strapped the new unit to the new pad, plumbed in new piping for the water flow, connected the electrical whip and also a general ground bonding wire. He worked efficiently thorough out, explaining what was going to be done as he went along, cleaned up the general work area when done and confirmed the unit started and was working as expected.
Long time customer here and I highly recommend Ocean Blue Pool Services. Drew has been our pool technician the entire time and has always gone above and beyond to ensure that our pool remains spotless at all times.
