After calling 10 other companies, paying one technician just to diagnose the issue, and being told it would take days to get the part, this team completely exceeded expectations. They offered to personally pick up the part I needed, install it the same day, and still came in at a lower cost than anyone else. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process. I appreciated the automated updates on arrival times, which made scheduling easy and stress-free. Payment was simple as well, with no extra fees for using a credit card. What really stood out was how personable they were—I even got a sense of who they are through their social media, which made the experience feel more trustworthy and human. I was so impressed that I signed up for their maintenance program on the spot. Highly recommend.

This isn’t my first experience with John. I have a neighbor that used his services and they were extremely happy with the work that was done. While the work was being performed at their house (which was extensive) I had the privilege of watching him work. John was very polite and professional and answered any questions they had. When it came time for my wife and I to need work done to our system we had absolutely NO DOUBT who we were going to call. Again the work was excellent and his professionalism was outstanding. I recommend to anyone who needs work done to their HVAC to give him a call.

Our HVAC gave up good thing we didn’t had any guests staying over the weekend. We were overseas and we were desperate to find a company that we could trust and do this virtually at the same time at a reasonable price. We looked at a few other hvac companies but were not impressed how they presented the solution for us. Johnny from Nebula was amazing so he won the job over the big other companies. He’s trustworthy, expert and gave us a few options. He didn’t even push us to change the hvac compared to the other companies. He tried to give us option to fix our current system but we end up decided to just change the entire system because we knew we’re in good hands. Great service, outstanding price, expert and you’re in great hands! Thanks Johnny you’re the best!!!

I have to say these guys are the best in the field. . Back in November of 2025 I had a new a.c unit replaced for my mother, I did my home work in search of a good quality company,many companies especially mom n pop shops I support local businesses but these guys here will not disappoint. Good customer service, prompt with time. . They are experts to when it come to heating and air.Quality and Connivence I will add to this review,Alex and his team take good care of you. . Honest people. . Would I recommend them yes,to any one needing A.C work or even a new A.c unit they’re the team you want handling that for you. . Reasonable prices,a thanks again Nebula Air you guys are doing a fantastic job over there.

Where to begin? Nebula is the greatest in town, look no further. I got an answer after hours on an odd day, extremely prompt and professional service. It’s a local family owned business so no hoops to jojo through. I was welcomed to watch the repair and get an understanding of what was being changed so I know what I’m looking at next time. The service call evolved to include rewiring my thermostat and I’m very happy that it did, it’s a much more reliable and straightforward system now. They have my business into the future.
