This company and associates who completed the job; Zach, Bryson, Andy, Hilton and Josh were extremely respectful of the entire home. (the final inspection supervisor Jason? was also very professional) Cleaning as they worked throughout the project, taking their shoes off when applicable (raining outside going in and out of the house), working in the attic in 104° heat index weather (sorry Andy). The details were almost even better than the meticulous work completed, such as extremely respectful language and overall communication. Can’t say enough positive things about this company and team. Chris Aran, also, did a great job communicating about the permit involved. Thank you for everything Modern Plumbing Industries!!! Chris M.

Ron from Modern plumbing came over and installed a new water softener/carbon filter system. Went over all the details once the install was complete and have decided to go with the 90 Day salt delivery system that they offer. Got here on time, very professional and very kind. Will be happy to do more business with Modern plumbing in the future

I had a great experience with Modern Plumbing. Specifically, John was awesome and did everything he could to make sure we were happy with the experience. Are they the cheapest? No but they were reasonable and more importantly, I was impressed with the quality of work. In the end, they'll do a great job at a fair price. I recommend highly. Feedback for the company. I would either lower or include permitting as part of the pricing. Everything else was great, but I thought the pricing for the permit was unreasonable. If I was rating just John, 5 stars doesn't do him justice. But that part of the experience did rub me the wrong way as it is a job I could have done myself but wanted a reputable company to do with permitting.

I have had a garbage disposal on the right side which stopped working a long time ago and it was finally time to get rid of it. I made an appointment with Modern Plumbing for this Friday to have it removed plus to look into my water hammer issue. On Thursday I was called to see if I was available for an earlier day visit instead. Yes, I was available. Zach made it to my house and explained to me that the water hammer resistors I had in place needed to be moved from the back of the washing machine to the water faucet instead and lo and behold, the thumping stopped! Wonderful advice. We then discussed the second issue I had with removing the broken disposal and once the price was provided, I approved the work and he quickly got to it. He was very professional, left the entire area tidy and also gave me great insight into how the repiping would be done, which is something I need to save up for to get done. Zach tested the work he did several times to ensure that no leaking was happening, which is appreciated. It has been a good decade since I had them do work for me and once more, the work is satisfactory.

Top-notch service from Modern Plumbing’s Thomas Marshall! He expertly replaced the 13-year-old, 50-gallon water heater in our garage and provided necessary information on the new unit. He also replaced the aging pvc main shutoff valve and pressure relief valve at the exterior of our home, replacing the worn-out pvc/plastic with functional brass and steel parts. He also inspected all the plumbing fixtures in our home, and made helpful adjustments. At the finish, he thoroughly cleaned the work areas and hauled off the old equipment. Overall, Thomas’ service was knowledgeable and professional. I would use Modern Plumbing and Thomas again.
