I went to Master Men’s Grooming Service this week for the first time. Very impressed! You never know how that first haircut will turn out. My appointment was with Edgar Chavez. He introduced himself and shook my hand. Asked what I wanted and he asked questions as needed. Haircut was perfect! I think I found a new Barber! Highly recommend.
Best haircut ever. Like a spa for my hair and beard. Edgar was great, I called 10 minutes before closing, I had an emergency and needed to have a professional get me ready for an important interview. Well it began after closing at 8:05 and he stayed late to do it, I walked out extremely satisfied. I can not say enough. High price for what a standard cut would be but this was no standard treatment. Ty Masters Men's Grooming. Edgar is the man. A superior quality hair treatment/cut. I will be coming back.
My wife and I have been bringing our sons here for a few months and never had an issue before. Unfortunately the last time we were there, there was a discussion happening about pride being celebrated in sports. While I believe everyone is entitled to their own opinion, discussing your disgust in a business setting is extremely unprofessional. My wife and two sons had to sit there while someone is basically trashing their family. We are a lesbian couple who are just trying to raise our children and we can’t even get hair cuts without feeling unwelcome. I’m sure the company doesn’t care about losing a couple customers but none the less. We will never be back.
My only standard for satisfaction in a haircut is my beard not being absolutely butchered and pushed down. I’ve brought pictures(of myself) of how high I want my beard to stay and the shape of the line on my face. Completely disregarded both times. Super disappointing. Don’t go here unless you’re looking for anything other than a a mediocre fade that the local highschooler who cuts hair can do.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough wonderful things about Masters Barber Shop! My son Elija had the best experience here. The barber was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making Elija feel comfortable right away. The haircut turned out fantastic, showcasing their skill and attention to detail. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them. We will definitely be returning for future haircuts. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great barber shop experience!
