Five star + experience! I recently worked with Marshall Reddick Realty for a new rental property and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I recently changed property management companies after several awful experiences, and went to Marshall Reddick Real Estate. Right before the change was to take place, one of my renters skipped out on his lease and moved out of state. Chris Carlson and Kristi Dietz immediately took over and within a week had numerous showings. The property was subsequently rented out within just three weeks. I was super impressed by the tenacity and communication, as well as Kristi's efforts in finding a great renter. It was totally stress free! Wanted to write a review for Kristi Dietz- she was my leasing agent for my condo in Sherman oaks. She brought a photographer to capture the unit, listed it and leased it all within a month! She’s personable, experienced and keeps open communication. Very grateful for her and highly recommend!
