I live in an HOA and have many issues with Mainscapes quality of work. They have run over my downspouts 3 times even though they are located in the mulch bed. They dumped fertilizer in a pile on my grass and drove with it overflowing in a circle killing the grass in a loop. They have used weed killer on my grass in an area that is sloped, killing all the grass below it. This is after I requested that they not use weed killer in my yard at least 2 times. They cannot edge a straight line! The problem is they are in such a hurry to get the work done, the workmanship is horrible!
Do not be deceived by the stock photo of a snowplow, pics of employees on the beach with their dog, or 5 star reviews by employees saying it is a great place to work. Look at the 1 star reviews with pics of decimated yards. If you want to have a green lawn, live plants, and a functioning irrigation system, STAY FAR AWAY FROM MAINSCAPE. They are a mafia of hooligans who will destroy your property and then intimidate you into silence. I live in an HOA, so I can't fire them. In 3 years they have broken sprinkler heads, killed expensive plants, and most recently killed my lawn. Neighbors have resorted to putting hazard tape around their properties to keep them out. I am still waiting for Mainscape to fix what they did to my lawn in June 2025. They refuse to respond.
They Broke My Water Drainage Both side of my house they dont know what they are doing if you wanna have your parts broken around your house go book them!!! AND THEY DON'T EVEN LET ME KNOW here is the pics of the both side!
Irrigation service: David visited my home today to correct my non functioning irrigation system. This man was very professional and knowledgeable. He investigated and discovered the problem. David then explained to me the solution to correct the issue. He corrected it. Ran a thorough test on all zones and adjusted spray heads. He then explained the recovery program for my very dry grass. He will return in two weeks to check and set the program for moving forward. I am very happy with David’s service. Thanks Randy Shady Lake Run Fort Myers.
This landscape company has been horrible . This community looks terrible looks really bad. They Don’t trim the bushes down the path now the trees are dead . Putting up a dead tree isn’t going to grow back. Nothing I had been done for a year or two … Please hire more workers who can do the job we pay for as a community.
