We had our most delicious fresh fish and shellfish at this little gem. A must try for lunch. White wine, fresh catch, what more do you want.
This is a small local restaurant with fresh fish. We had the fried combo basket with fish and shrimp ,and the local catch. We got fries with both. The food was good and very fresh. It is a small CASH ONLY spot. There is t a ton of seating inside, but they do have outside options too.
LOVE this little local hidden gem!!! The freshest fish you will ever eat! We went two separate times and got the catch of the day taco (blackened), fried basket and fried sandwich with rice and beans, and fries. Everything was well seasoned and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is charming and even though it’s cash only, they do have an ATM on-site. Super friendly service too. I even bought a T-shirt because I loved this place so much and wanted to remember our visit. We can’t wait to come back the next time we vacation in Marco Island!
We had a wonderful experience! The seafood was incredibly fresh, and you could really taste the quality. The fish was perfectly cooked—flavorful, tender, and fresh. The shrimp were absolutely delicious as well. Everything we ordered was excellent, and the service made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing, fresh seafood!
This is local gem and I really liked the neat environment and local rustic vibe. The ordering at the front of the shop was very basic/not really overly enthusiastic or friendly, and it’s cash only - so be prepared. Prices are a bit high as well but the fish is flat out amazing. The one pound of peel and eat shrimp is a lot of shrimp, but they did not “split” the back or devein them, so it is a lot of work. I really did not like the cocktail sauce as it was very think and not very flavorful (eg not like normal horseradish based sauce). The coleslaw was different and vinegar based and, to me, not very tasty. So the fish is a high 5, but some other things ticked it down to a 4, for me. VictorB
