I gave 5 stars for lawn maintenance plus 2 bushes trimmed.maybe the team didn't receive the message. I had no idea what the cost for bushes should be. Friends said it was too much by $10. Also I went to the website and informed the team I preferred only 1/3 of the the grass length to be cut based on information that I've gotten on keeping weeds down and grass growing healthier .Too short shows the soil which encourages the weeds to grow. it's not healthy for the lawn to be that short. Looks nice. Can't say it doesn't look nice but I did ask for the grass to be longer and also for the blade to be sharp to give a nice even cut. I did receive a even cut which is great. I think I am being fair about this.

Jonny Grissom from Grissom lawn care did an amazing job on my mom‘s house! He showed up when he said he would and he was very professional. He went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his hard work! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

This has to be a service provider SCAM. You are led to believe it is a local service provider, but it is not. It’s an internet service broker. You call and connect to a foreign call center. They do an intake and that goes off a broken script that doesn’t allow for addressing things with clarity. They said that they would have a crew out by Monday or Tuesday. (I contacted them that prior Friday). I entered all of the contact and service needs details into their “app” that Friday as soon as I concluded the call. The app and service texted, order confirmed. I woke up this morning to “service completed, you will be charged in three days.” Uh what? They never showed, marked it completed and processed a charge. Be careful. Nothing but great reviews when other review sites are not inline with Google reviews and are leading me to believe this is not as good as its made out to be. Again check other review sites.
