From start to finish the service was outstanding. The price to replace my water heater was very reasonable and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. JP’s communication was excellent every step of the way. He kept me informed, arrived when promised, explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. What really set him apart was his price and commitment to customer service. JP was fantastic from start to finish. He showed up on time, diagnosed exactly what needed to be done, and had our new water heater installed the same day. What really stood out was his attention to detail and how much he genuinely cared about doing the job right instead of rushing through it. He answered all of our questions, made sure everything was working perfectly, and left the space cleaner than he found it. It’s hard to find plumbers who are this dependable and easy to work with. If you need a water heater installed, JP is definitely the person to call.

Overall a great experience with JP. I chose him since I appreciated the price transparency over the phone when I talked to the owner and wanted to support a local small busines. While I understood the phone estimate could flactuate I appreciated having a ballpark in mind yet in my case he stayed true to the quote he gave me from the pictures requeted. He seemed very knowledgeable and the price was very fair. I know I would have paid more with other plumbers. I called them during the holiday and he was honest about prefering to wait to get better parts instead of placing Home Depot parts. He apgraded my valves and was able to get a larger tank placed by moving pipes around. The wait was worth it and he did a great job. He is communicative, professional and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
