I have been dealing with Jose for many years now. Every time I have dealt with him and his company it is always a blessing. He visited my home today with his worker Joel and the experience was as always fantastic. Joel was very knowledgeable. He made sure that my little one who is two and constantly underfoot was safe and still made him a part of the experience. The house was a total mess and yet still they made no judgement kept me and my family at ease for the entire time of the visit. I would always recommend this company for any of your pest control needs. Five stars all the way.

I had high hopes working with Jose’s Bug A Bug based on so many positive reviews and success stories. Sadly, my experience did not go as well as planned. The first issue arose when they completely missed an appointment, and I was told the person who answered the phone must not have documented it. We were able to reschedule, which was fine. Jose himself came out to assess my property, took some plant samples for further review, and said he would follow up with an estimate. Two weeks passed with no contact. When I finally called, I was told they no longer service my area, and they apologized. Nicolle, who answers the phones, seems very sweet and courteous. That said, I was overall very disappointed with the lack of follow up. It also does not make sense that someone would come out to do a full assessment only to later say they cannot service my area. To be clear, my rating is not based on the quality of the service they provide. However, I do think customer follow up and organization need to be prioritized more.
