Very friendly. Easy to work with and everyone there is great. And the service is great. I brought in a pair of slacks where there was $5.00 in the pocket. Easy for someone to take. I would have never known. It was pinned to my order when I picked it up. I can’t say enough about how fabulous that is.
Really impressed with the quality of service. I'd been trying to figure out (for months) where I could go to get an alteration done that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg and they wouldn't just butcher the garment - and also find some place with reasonable hours for a tailor. Jerry's did an incredibly professional job - they were very friendly, and I will definitely be taking more alterations to them.
Jerry's is a fantastic dry cleaner! I'm from Chicago and the service from the staff and the way they get stains out of clothes is better than the best cleaner in Chicago. The female tailor they have is also terrific. I won't go anywhere else.
We've had our dry cleaning done at Jerry's for at least 4 years without any issues. Before that we went to numerous other vendors and had various issues from lost items to broken buttons. Plus Jerry's pickup, super convenient!
The best dry cleaner in Naples and family-owned and local too! I've been going to Jerry's for years and they always provide great service and I love the convenient downtown location with drive-through.
