They had to come out for a warranty issue to repair a very minor cosmetic issue for my new construction house. Basically there were two tiles that were slightly longer than the others at an entry where tile met carpet, nothing major. When they came the first time, they actually made it worse… They replaced all the tiles by the door, but somehow managed to cut them so that each one was not straight AND damaged the carpet that was previously fine. So they had to be scheduled to come a second time, I agreed to be home between 11-3 on a day where I had prior plans, so already an inconvenience, which I was going to allow just to be finished. At 2:00 I receive a text saying they won’t be there until 3:00. At 3:30 I texted to ask if they were still coming to which I got a response saying they were going to send someone else. Then they proceeded to not answer the calls or respond to anymore texts so I called the construction supervisor who reached out and found that they were actually going to be finding another provider to handle it because admittedly the one they used was obviously not well skilled or capable. My main concern is that this is awful customer service. I wasted an entire day for them to admit that they don’t have any workers who are competent to do the job at the very end. Do yourself a favor and just find a company that can do the job right the first time, possible make small touch ups, and has workers competent to do the intended job without the owner having to reach out to other businesses to subcontract the job.

Robby did a fantastic job helping me out with the flooring on my rental property. When I asked for a price for one type of flooring, he turned around the pricing in a timely manner and also included two extra options for flooring at comparable pricing. When I picked the tile that I wanted to go with he made an effort to expedite the shipping before it was originally supposed to come in. The crew installed the flooring in one day and then came back the next day to finish the grout. They left the place more organized and cleaned up than it looked before they started. Great job all around. I couldn't be happier with the the crew, superintendent, and Robby throughout the process.

Iron city flooring provides great service when it comes to tile selection, floor installation, responsiveness and providing competitive quotes. We used Iron city twice to install tile. The team was always on time and did a great job. They also made sure we followed major details of the installation. We will use Iron city again in the future.

Iron City installed our vinyl flooring without a moisture barrier and our floor has moisture damage. Subsequently the floor was replaced twice and of course with no moisture barrier. Each floor failed. Don't listen to flooring contractors that say you don't need a to moisture barrier because it's a flat out like and deception. We are still fighting to get our flooring replaced correctly and hopefully for the last time.

Iron City Flooring did a great job from start to finish. Every member of their crew was professional, prompt, and detail oriented. I highly recommend this company and will solely be using them for any future flooring needs. My floors look amazing!
