Chris and Hunter were amazing from the moment they arrived. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and went the extra mile. They made sure to communicate very clearly what they were doing and did an excellent job replacing my pool light fixture and the GFCI, which had failed. I recommend them very highly. This company lives up to its name, Integrity.
Needing repairs to pool equipment is never something you want to have done, but the team at Integrity made the experience less painful. Their tech, Ryan, was a great guy to deal with - always with a smile and easygoing demeanor. I highly recommend them for repairs and weekly service. We use them for both.
After 30 years the spa light fixture gave up the ghost. Contacted a number of pool companies and settled on Integrity on a basis of cost and being a Richardson based company. My wife and I have a bias for doing business in the city if at all possible. So made arrangement, and set a time and date for the work to be done. I left the back gate open, and went to check a few minutes before the scheduled arrival time. To my surprise, the technician had already drained the spa, and had removed the old fixture and wire and was threading the new wire thru the conduit. I hung around as he finished the install. Maybe one hour from start to finish. And the new fixture looks great, and eight months later is working as it should. Nice work, Integrity!
Hey guys, I would like to pass on what I think to be one of the nicest reviews I’ve ever written online. I just wanna say that the The people at Integrity Pools have done nothing but a wonderful job for me. We started using them a few years ago when I had to rebuild my spa from snowmageddon, OK and they did a fantastic job. I continue to use them for my monthly service. My pool has never been better. They do a fantastic job. I highly recommend!!!!! By the way, I would like to give a shout out to Miles and Blake. Both of these guys have done such a great job for us. Thank you guys so much!!!!
