I had a great experience with this law firm after I broke my ankle in an accident at an apartment complex. From the very beginning, the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, and she quickly connected me with the attorney. I met with Mike Hancock several times, and he was always very professional, patient, and willing to explain everything clearly. He made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. Later, my case was assigned to Matias, and I honestly could not have asked for a better attorney. He was always available whenever I had questions, communication was excellent, and he handled everything with professionalism and care. From the deposition to the mediation, he explained every single step in detail so I always knew what to expect. Matias was also an excellent negotiator and helped me receive more than double the settlement amount I was originally expecting. My accident happened in July of 2024. My case was resolved in November of 2025. I was originally going to hire Morgan & Morgan but I decided to go with Hancock Injury Attorneys based on the reviews I seen prior. They have a great staff and team of attorneys. They are transparent, honest and hard working. I would highly recommend them.
