I am sharing my experience because I wish I had asked more questions before trusting this office with such a major decision. I originally went to Dr. Garramone to have ruptured implants removed. I had small implants 270 CC and a good amount of natural breast tissue, but it was never really discussed that I may have been able to get a good result with just a lift. Instead, I was advised to replace them with new Motiva implants. I trusted the recommendation and also added a tummy tuck, bringing my total to around $30,000, due immediately. After surgery, I began having severe inflammation, low energy, body aches, chest pain, and a heavy feeling in my chest. I felt like I could not breathe. His nurse told me another patient had Motiva implants removed same symptoms the day before. After months of symptoms, I insisted on an MRI, which showed residual silicone from my previous ruptured implants that he didn’t remove. Dr Garramone put new implants over ruptured silicone..NOT GOOD When I brought the report back to the office, I was told the by Dr Garramone MRI was normal.he had no idea I picked up report .. He said take ADVIL for 5 days. I decided I wanted the new implants removed and asked that the residual silicone be addressed. I was then told it would cost another $6,500. By the end, I had paid about $36,500. Taylor repeatedly promised follow-up and information, but I often felt ignored, SHE WAS RUDE!!! dismissed, and told to “be patient.” Even getting my MOTIVA WARRANTY which was promised $2500 back took 4 MONTHS to get my refund!! The most painful part is that I never felt truly cared for as a person or patient TAYLOR WAS RUDE FROM BEGINNING!! . I felt like my symptoms, concerns, and financial investment were not taken seriously. After having the implants removed, I actually look great with my natural breast tissue and lost over eight pounds in the first week from INFLAMMATION . Looking back, I feel I went through unnecessary procedures and emotional stress that could have been avoided with better guidance and more honest discussion. I would not recommend Dr. Garramone. My experience felt more like a business transaction than a doctor-patient relationship.

I would give 10 stars. I have had the best experience with this office. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are always on top of things. Dr. Garcia is a great doctor and he is very thorough and explains each process of what he does. He is genuine and honest. The surgery process went amazing. They make you feel so comfortable. I have had lip filler 4 tumes by Valerie and my lips turned out great. Their hydrofacials are so nice and refreshing Kaitlyn is great at what she does. This is the only place I will go for any cosmetic work I will have done. I highly recommend them to everyone.
