Floor Ark did a complete kitchen remodel for us which included knocking out a wall, relocating electrical wiring from the attic to under a concrete floor, piecing together existing tile by using a few meagre spares (not enough!) so that it was invisible, new cabinets, countertops and lighting. They showed up every day without fail, and left our home neat and tidy when they left. Dave and Anelise Marfa, the owners of Floor Ark, were wonderful to work with. They would not take the final payment until we were completely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them for any remodel project you have in mind. I have included some before and after photos.
FloorArk rennovated our 25 yrs old "builder grade" kitchen. Both the process and results were excellent! Dave, Analise and Thomas did a great job communicating throughout the entire process. We appreciated this so much. They face timed and called us when needed. They left our home, each day, very clean and organized. They both have such amazing attention to detail which is so hard to find anymore and were so patient with us. The end result was a beautiful new kitchen completed on time and on our budget. Not only did they do an awesome job on the kitchen, they are such nice, honest people. Thanks so very much FloorArk!
FloorArk was the contractor of choice for our major remodeling project and I would recommend it for any type of work done in your house. We had the "small guest bathroom" redone almost from replacing the bathtub with a shower, to redoing all tiles and dry walls and to the final painting. Dave from FloorArk helped us find the right stone place for the countertop (we chose SUNMAC) and he even supported us in getting the shower door ordered and installed. !! One thing that I really appreciated is that Dave has experts for different tasks: tiles, dry walls, pluming, electrical and even one coworker does everything that requires attention: from demolishing, cleaning, preparing next tasks and all this with a smile and positive attitude, such behaviour is nurtured from the TOP!! Well done Floor Ark!! The major project was done on record time: new tiles, baseboards, vinyl plank and the final coordination with the painting crew, fantastic job, crew and a happy customer, I am certain one of many !!
We hired FloorArk to redo our kitchen, which entailed taking some walls down and reconfiguring the kitchen. Annalise was a great help in envisioning our project and making great suggestions. Dave followed progress almost daily driving from Fort Myers to Naples. In the end, we are extremely pleased with the final product and FloorArk respected the timeline and our budget. We strongly recommend them for all your projects.
The Floorark team of Dave, Anelise and Thomas did a fantastic job with our townhouse renovation project. They re-tiled our entire unit and lanai area and completely reshaped/updated our kitchen, meeting the agreed upon time-line and on budget. Their team delivered quality work.
