I just flew in from Rhode Island and no A/C I called Elevate at 5:13 pm and they said we will have someone out first thing in the morning and will call 30 minutes prior to coming….. I get a call at 8:35 AM this morning and the service tech Andrew was here at my door 9AM….. thank you 🙏 Andrew was very diligent and explained the process of what and how he was going to access the situation. Andrew was Excellent! Opened up the panels and it was frozen solid He said first issue is airflow and might be the motor. He replaced the motor and cleaned everything…… Elevate is lucky to have such a hard working diligent young man on their team (he is 23) and personable. Great Experience and would highly recommend their services. 5 stars 👍🇺🇸

Damian of Elevate Home Services lived up to our expectations when it came to getting a bid for a new high-efficiency water heater. He was professional, sharp, explained everything, and made us comfortable moving ahead with their bid. Elevate's bid was much more competitive than others we had received and both my wife and I had a sense the job would be done right. Replacing this 20-year old Rheem 80-gallon electric water heater with a new Rheem high-efficiency unit will help us both rest easier...

Ares Morales, the tech who came to our house deserves a 5-star rating. Excellent service experience. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and service-oriented. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with patience. Very pleasant personality and professional throughout the visit. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and high level of customer care. Highly recommend. We joined the membership program because of him.

Outstanding service from Elevate AC. They scheduled for same day service, sent a very diligent and professional technician who explained the problem in detail and had the AC repaired within 45 minutes. The cost was fair and relatively inexpensive. I felt valued and respected by technician, Sebastian. As a first time customer, I had a great experience and will definitely call on them again for maintenance and repairs. Outstanding service. Highly recommend.
