I had a fantastic experience with Dr Gangaji!! She is incredibly friendly and, talented and did an awesome job with my dental work. The entire process was smooth and comfortable and her attention to detail really stood out. Scheduling appointments was a breeze - very flexible and accommodating to our requests, which made everything so convenient.
I've been going here for years and my oldest son had braces with them. Always has been a great clean place, with great customer service!
This afternoon, I attended a new patient dental appointment scheduled for a routine cleaning. Despite confirming this was the sole purpose of my visit, the two-hour appointment consisted primarily of X-rays(with my consent), a diagnosis of multiple cavities (contrary to previous reports), and the presentation of treatment plans. Even after reminding the staff I was there for a standard cleaning, the actual cleaning lasted less than ten minutes and felt ineffective compared to my regular brushing routine. The billing included a charge for "scaling in the presence of generalized gingival inflammation," which research indicates is a procedure typically requiring one to two hours and aligns with a deep cleaning. Fortunately, my insurance covered the charges. However, I was deeply disappointed and disheartened by this experience. I do NOT recommend this place.
I’ve been taking my kids to Dental Pointe for a while now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. From the moment we walk in, the staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly patientsomething every parent appreciates when dealing with little ones The dentists are gentle, professional, and take the time to explain everything in a kid-friendly way. They help my kids feel relaxed during cleanings and even make it fun with little rewards or words of encouragement. I’ve noticed my children actually look forward to their dental visits now, which says a lot The office is always clean and kid-friendly, with a calm atmosphere and a great waiting area. Scheduling is easy, and we never have to wait long to be seen If you’re looking for a reliable, kind, and skilled dentist for your kids, I definitely recommend Dental Pointe. They’ve made dental care an stress-free and even positive experience for our family!
