Disappointing! We hired Daydid to refurbish our sliding doors in July 2024. They charged $3313 to refurbish 7 sliding doors. They did a great job. We hired them again in December 2025 to work on four windows and our front door. We paid them $850. They did a good job on the windows but charged us $95 for work that wasn't done on the front door. They said they sent us a refund check but they sent it to the wrong address. We've repeatedly contacted Rosa and Alexa and they've been slow to reply. It's been 10+ weeks and we still haven't received our refund. At this point we've spent far more than $95 in our time just trying to be treated fairly. We'll never do business with them again. Update: After 9 weeks we finally received the refund.
They did an amazing job fixing the corroded peeling paint on my exterior sliders. They now look brand new Very highly recommend them. They were communicative great follow up and all around pleasant to deal with. Thanks Daydid.
Due to a misunderstanding with my building, I needed all my screens removed ASAP and Daydid Specialties was able to send someone out immediately and schedule the removal. Then along came Milton. My appointment was cancelled. I was sure they'd be too busy to get to me after Milton, but they were there as soon as our building opened back up. Fast, efficient and clean, and Jesta was my helpful, dependable point person in the office. A family business at their best. Thanks!
Daydid is responsive, honest, and do the job right!! They treat their customers respectfully and honestly, they tell you exactly what needs to be done and do quality work. I would highly recommend them, we had a competitor come look and give us a bid, and they told us we needed new screen doors and DAYDID came and told us the only thing you need are new rollers and a lock that was destroyed from the salt air...an honest and quality company who believes in providing great customer service!!!
We had new rollers and new handles replaced on 3 impact glass sliding doors. The technicians arrived on time and performed quality workmanship. Jonathan was courteous and answered all our questions. We had another impact glass sliding door serviced about 6-7 years ago. The rollers and handles on that door still work perfectly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have their sliding glass door rollers and handles replaced.
