I will start by saying a few years ago. I didn’t have my trash container out on time and called and the truck came back and picked up my garbage. I thought that was fantastic service. Yesterday was trash day, I put out the trash container with one bag of garbage and one bag of dog waste. When I checked the container, both bags were gone but mysteriously enough the dog waste remained. I called and got a call center and asked for them to come back and remove the dog waste. The woman talked to the manager, Tommy Johnson and said we can’t help you. My service is weekly one day a week. I told her that wasn’t satisfactory. She transferred me to Tommy. I left two messages with no response. They have a monopoly and have no respect for the service they provide to all of us because it’s in a contract with the city

This is 2 weeks and you have not picked my trash but you pick my neighbours' trash all the time. I'm not happy with the service and I will let the city know about this. Last week you did not pick it and it was not this full. We have pulled two eyes worth of trash and its going to three weeks. Where do you expect us to put this? I'll make sure the City of Allen is aware of this.

A neighbor accidentally put their regular trash in their recycle can. Instead of simply not picking it up, the CWD driver decided to send my neighbor a message. Unacceptable. Do better, CWD. This isn't Napoli, Italy and you aren't the Camorra "system." And even if you were, that which has so easily been given to you can easily be taken away.

Cartoonishly awful. At least once a quarter (month?) they'll drop an entire bag of trash in front of my house and run it over with a truck. But when one considers that they may not even come on collection day (weather events and holidays aside), I suppose I should count my blessings. Just seems like showing up on the right day and not dumping trash in the street are two things you need to have strong competencies in as a waste disposal firm.

They handle our large dumpster at my commercial complex. They have never once shown up on the day they promise to pick up. They are not apologetic about it. Do not do business with this company. They have zero customer service skills and do not need to be rewarded with our hard earned income. Our representative Austin actually tries to make me out to be the bad guy when I call (every time) they do not show. I never rush them and simply tell the dispatcher to give me a date that is feasible for them. I always tell them no rush. Doesn’t matter. They still don’t show. I honestly cannot think of any other company that provides such poor customer service. Hopefully, it’s just my sales rep and not the entire company but the dispatchers are clearly guilty of promising things they cannot deliver, as well.
