The service I received was amazing. I called and they were able to get a tech here within 2 hours. The tech helped me identify what was the issue and offered to fix it for $300. He told me how I could fix it on my own since he said it was a simple job. I took his advice and tried to fix it myself and what he recommended to do worked flawlessly. It’s nice to see that a business cares about their customers and if it is simple offers a solution. I was so impressed I will be following up shortly for a water filter and for choice plumbing to install a new sink.
We have used Choice Plumbing for several home repair issues, and they have always done a great job. Most recently, they replaced our entire shower and toilet in the master bathroom, and the work was exceptional. Their team was friendly, caring, and very polite throughout the entire process. From the first visit, through the demolition, and all the way to the final completion, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. It truly feels like they care about their customers and take pride in their work. We highly recommend Choice Plumbing for anyone needing plumbing services!
Choice plumbing was great and easy to work with! First, I worked with Brian for an initial quote discussion, then I worked with Nick to finalize the quote for the expected work, then Brian again to complete the job. The first part of the job was to locate a line break, then to replace the 10-15ft of my waste water line in my front yard that had broken (damaged by old tree roots). Brian ended up coming back the following week to complete the job. I give everyone I worked with at Choice plumbing (Kelly, Nick, Brian, Rody) 5 stars, as they were all knowledgeable, professional, and did not try to upsell me on anything like a lot of vendors do. The work itself went very smoothly, no hiccups and it was completed in less than a day. I will for sure be using Choice plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thanks again to Brian Sandoval and the rest of the team at Choice plumbing, appreciate you all!
We had some minor water intrusion in our master bathroom. We detected water flow from the main water line outside. We called Choice Plumbing Orlando and they sent someone out the next day to assess. Javier came over to give an estimate. He was polite and respectful and took his shoes off when he entered the home. He had to chisel a hole into the concrete and determined the leak was coming from an old cracked copper pipe and gave us an estimate. He applied a temporary fix to stop the leak and then he returned the next day with parts and replaced the cracked copper pipe with a PEX pipe. He had an assistant that worked with him and the biggest bonus for the project was that they could repair the concrete wall after completing pipe repair. We did not need to hire a contractor to finish the hole in the wall which was very convenient. Every time Javier came over he gave notice with a phone call of his arrival time.
This is one plumbing company that operates with integrity. They were punctual, thorough and prices were reasonable. My service guy Bill was phenomenal he treated me like family. He was professional, honest and friendly. The service was so exceptionally good that I am scheduling additional services to be done. Before you call any other plumbing company, I would recommend you try Choice Plumbing- THE BEST CHOICE YOU WILL EVER MAKE!!!
