Jade is amazing! Her hospitality is on point. The food is delicious. Upstairs they were playing music and painting. This place is totally an Anaheim adult vibe. Another hidden gem for us!! Check it out.
The cocktails were well crafted. The food was simple with a limited menu but thoughtful and pretty tasty. Jade was a great server.
Portions are on the small side for the price, but mostly OK because we could probably all return to what a proper portion should be. The flavors were good and the presentations were nice. Try their unusual drinks; they're good. The Haunted Mansion/Disney theme is really fun and upstairs is wonderfully decorated. It helps contribute to the whole experience! It is in a historic building, so if you want to dine upstairs for the whole experience, you must be able to go up and down the stairs. Parking is the toughest part of it all. We had to find street parking.
This was our first time at Broken Spirits and figured Halloween would be the best. They are located in an old craftsman house in Anaheim and is themed around the haunted mansion. The food, spirits and deco were great. The food was good portions with the pizza slices being huge. The pizza slices are huge so one is enough. The drinks were all well balanced. For a date night or a fun out with friends I would definitely recommend and we will be returning soon
Definitely try this place out when it's most busy because that's when they open the top floors up. I suggest eating on the second floor, the main floor seems too cramped. We were there on a Wednesday evening and it was pretty slow and not very vibey. We tried it's a small world drink and birria tacos. The drink was good and strong but the birria tacos were super soggy and the cheese wasn't hot. I was pretty disappointed in the quality of food, I really wanted to like but they were too wet and not crunchy all around. I'd suggest this place for anyone who likes the haunted mansion ambiance, if I go back I'd probably try it out closer to Halloween on a Friday night.
