Brightwater Lagoon was an amazing experience overall! The atmosphere was beautiful, everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The lagoon itself was fantastic and made for a really fun and relaxing day. Everything from the setup to the overall vibe was great. The only downside was the food wait time, which was extremely long. It took much longer than expected to get our food, and that was a bit frustrating. Other than that, everything else was excellent. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others just be prepared for a possible wait if ordering food.

A beautiful place to spend the day with family. The lagoon is large, the water is clean, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy. The atmosphere is great, and everything is well organized. The only downside is that even though the posted closing time is 8:00 p.m., around 7:00 p.m. they already start asking people to leave, so you lose about an hour of enjoyment. Other than that, it’s a great place and I would definitely come back. 🌴☀️💦

Fun place with plenty to do in and out of the water. Everything was clean and well maintained. Plenty of seating, but we visited on a weekday so I’m not sure what a busy weekend day would look like. There were loungers and seats all over the place. I DO NOT recommend giving them your bank or credit card to run a tab for drinks at the bar. We are on vacation and gave our card to the bartender to run a tab for drinks for the entire day. We went to close our tab when leaving and our card was nowhere to be found. It had been lost/misplaced by someone. We are not from here and our bank is not local so it was not possible for us to get another card made while here. It was a huge inconvenience for us. On a positive note, the manager and night shift bartender did everything they could to try and help find it, which we greatly appreciated. We do plan to visit again when we come back. 😊

Got special $25 admission tickets for memorial day. Then spent an extra $17 for splash pass. That ending up actually costing more money than getting regular admission and splash pass together for the day. I thought I was getting a deal and got played. Lol. Anyways, you need the splash pass if you want to do anything. Otherwise you have limited access to small area of water. If you have little kids that would suffice. But not bigger kids. There is like a plastic lining on the bottom of water that is bubbled up/floating to top and makes it difficult to walk in certain areas. There were only two life guards and they were by the obstacle course. Otherwise, no life guards anywhere else. They send you out in kayaks and paddle boards with a life vest and no supervision. You’re on your own. Several signs posted that say “swim at own risk. No lifeguard on duty.” The water wasn’t as cold as the other reviews described. I thought it felt good for the weather. We brought our own umbrella and someone next to us said they spent $60 on theirs. Thats crazy. Entry is expensive, food is expensive. Overall it was a cool experience for the day but we probably won’t be back. They also had cops there with K9’s searching and employees digging in the sand for something.

I exclusively visit this establishment as a VIP, primarily due to the sense of safety it provides as a woman. Gabby and Jonathan, the bartenders, consistently deliver exceptional drinks and treat patrons with the utmost respect and courtesy. The security staff is also commendable for their unwavering dedication. Bri, I extend my gratitude for your efforts, and Bryce, the manager, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. As a woman, I prioritize safety and well-being, and I am fortunate to work in an environment where I can indulge in self-care and enjoy the finer things in life. This establishment has become my sanctuary, and I am deeply appreciative of the exceptional service provided by all of you.
