Curtis Lewellen Is hands-down the best he is super knowledgeable answers. My questions even comes to Service calls on his day off and literally I started having a green pool and if it was not for Curtis, I probably Would’ve lost the pool it was really bad and he assured me everything would be fine. He came out and I mean he cleaned it got her back and she is looking fantastic. The company all around is hands-down five stars. I would recommend to anyone they not only text you about 15 minutes before their arrival time but then give you a detailed report and photos after they leave before and after photos of your pool I personally Have a lot of experience with Pool companies I’ve had an inground pool everywhere. I’ve lived while in Florida for the last 12 years and we move a lot, lol with that being said their prices are unbeatable. The service and knowledge is superior to any other Pool service. I have dealt with not only that they also give a complementary vacuum once a month and I believe they have other services as where you can pay as little as like seven dollars to get it weekly if you feel like you need that, but I also had their service team come out and convert my pool to a saltwater and an automation system, and that went super smooth Against the installation, the guys that came out super knowledgeable I can actually say as of right now I am paying for two Pool services one is in Estero Services my main home in North Fort Myers the other pool service does quite frankly a fraction maybe less of what Blue science does and what Curtis does alone And their prices are higher they do not vacuum, even when requested and offering to pay and Blue science again complementary once a month they don’t give you any type of updates any type of what they did just let you know when something breaks kind of company Not that they’re a bad company but compared to Blue science there like I said superior and Curtis himself is one of the best than I’ve worked with. He strives for customer satisfaction, and it shows. They are extremely reliable and especially when it comes to Curtis and me just texting him a random question about the pool or something with the automation system, etc. he replies immediately with his busy schedule and again on his day off that is priceless I would highly recommend this company hands-down to anyone looking. I personally have not seen a more qualified team or company in Southwest Florida that can stand against blue science. They truly are a remarkable company. And I am very grateful for all their service and everything that Curtis has done personally to help me and my Pool stay nice and Blue

It had been a long time since I felt this much trust in a pool service company. From the start, the team showed real pride in their pool work and customer care, and they did everything they could to keep us happy. I was upset about an issue with my pool and later realized it was not their fault, but they still responded right away and sent out a hardworking crew to help immediately. Jay, Todd, Scott, and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to find the source of the problem, explain what was going on, clean up the area when they were done, and get everything back in good shape. They handled the repair with professionalism and made sure my pool equipment and system were working properly again. Their quick response helped prevent what could have turned into a much bigger pool maintenance issue. This team is honest, fair, and clearly puts the customer first. If you need pool cleaning, pool service, repairs, or a new pool installation, they stand behind their work and truly care about the results. I am so glad I kept researching before moving forward, because my first pool company was slow to return calls and tried to push me toward a design that did not fit what I wanted. Switching was absolutely worth it. Scott was especially kind and made sure my family stayed informed and felt confident throughout the entire pool project. The communication was excellent, and they kept us updated every step of the way. Now we have a beautiful, clean, and enjoyable pool that our family and friends will appreciate for a long time, especially during the hot weather and pool season. I am extremely happy with the service, the workmanship, and the care they put into everything.

I highly recommend Blue Science Pool Cleaning Service and would gladly use them again for pool care. Todd responded quickly to my first questions, made scheduling easy, and explained the pool maintenance process in a clear and honest way. I was really impressed with the knowledgeable service, the careful attention to water balance and cleaning, and the excellent results. The whole experience in Fort Myers felt smooth, professional, and very helpful for keeping the pool in great shape in the Florida heat.

I reached out to Blue Science Pool Cleaning Service about a repair for my vinyl pool in Fort Myers. Bryan got back to me quickly and was able to fix the issue the very next day. He showed up right on time, worked quietly and efficiently, and finished the job exactly when he said he would. The pool looks fantastic now. Bryan even took the time to check the whole pool area to make sure there weren’t any other issues. The pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for any vinyl pool service needs.

The whole process was handled in a professional and timely way. From permits and approvals to construction, startup, final cleanup, and explaining the pool system, everything was managed smoothly and with great care. The project included a beautiful new pool and spa, along with a full backyard upgrade, an outdoor kitchen extension, a patio cover, and a raised travertine deck that completely transformed the space.
