I’m writing this review early so I’ll always reserve judgment for making changes later. It’s only been day plus one but I’m very pleased so far and I like to put out an early review. We have bought a number of houses over the years and we just recently bought a home for our son We purchased from bishard homes In a new townhouse location in Virginia Virginia Beach. We worked with Luke who is amazing. We have our own agents for all of our other properties, but we decided to work with Luke directly to make things simpler. He was always available and responded quickly by phone or email. He’s a fantastic young man and very honest. We worked with the closing supervisor, Matt and his Junior under supervisor I believe also named matt and one of their other employees named Eli. The three of them walked us through the house a week before and the day we purchased it and Eli even assisted me the day after purchase with some small abnormalities that we found right before move-in They were very professional went through all the Education of a new house gave us a folder with all of our files and instruction manuals and make sure we knew how to operate all the new devices. They’re in newer homes in terms of the electronics and the appliances. The abnormal items that we found on walk-through were fixed by the day of closing and the day of closing they even noticed a small abnormality in the floor that the supervisor wanted to fix because he didn’t notice it before, but he wanted to make sure we knew they would take care of it. As I mentioned after we bought the house on one day we had a few few things going on the following day, and I found a few abnormalities that I hadn’t noticed that Eli took care of immediately when he was outside of the house working on the next home Absolutely also amazing young man who said anything you need we’re here to help even though we have a warranty department I knew that the small abnormalities were bothering you right after the day of the walk-through and he wanted to be very helpful We feel that Luke, Matt, Matt, Eli, and all the folks that we worked with that I don’t remember their names were fantastic and gave us great customer service. This is a starter home for our son and we wanted it to be a great experience and so far it’s been wonderful again we’re only day plus one but everybody’s given us a very warm and fuzzy feeling and good feedback that they’re there to help us.

Shoutout to Matt and Luke for helping us settle into the wonderful place we now call home—we truly can’t thank them enough! Their work ethic goes above and beyond. We moved here from NOVA last December and purchased the very first completed home in the Lookout Point community. For the first few months, the location wasn’t properly set up on the map, so we had to coordinate with the post office to get it resolved. Aside from that, our experience with Bishard Homes has been fantastic. Matt is always on-site, making sure everything is running smoothly and progressing as it should. We’ve had a few minor issues around the house, and both Matt and Brandon have been prompt and responsive in taking care of them. Overall, I highly recommend Bishard Homes—we’re loving Virginia Beach so far! Thank you to Bishard Homes and their amazing team 😊

Lesli was our agent and design rep and she is awesome! I've worked with builders and had several homes built over the years but my experience with Lesli was the best. She helped us pick out all of the options for the house as well as making sure that they were installed as agreed. Lesli gave us updates throughout the process and followed up all the way through until the home was completely finished. Lesli assisted us in getting approvals for work that we want to have done through the homeowners association in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Lesli and Bischard Homes.

We were a unique buyer. We live in South Carolina and don’t plan to live up here for another three years, but we are moving our elderly parents in. Lesli Was so instrumental in helping us jump through all the hoops. And she was terrific with my in-laws who live local and would often visit the site. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She looks out for the customer and is very flexible with changes. She has a great eye for what works, and what doesn’t work together. Thanks, LESLI
