I can’t recommend Josh at Big Kahuna Plumbing highly enough! After reaching out to several plumbers, Josh was the first to respond and he even answered my call during the busy 4th of July weekend. He came out on a Sunday to install a new garbage disposal and did not charge any extra for the weekend service. Josh was professional from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and gave me three different disposal options to choose from, with no pressure, just honest advice. His pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of his work was excellent. On top of that, Josh is genuinely pleasant to deal with. He is down to earth and easy to talk to, like catching up with a long lost friend you finally got to meet. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work. It is rare to find someone this responsive, reliable, and customer focused. If you need a plumber, give Josh at Big Kahuna a call. You will not be disappointed!

Josh absolutely exceeded my expectations! He arrived on time and kept me updated on when to expect him. First impression? Professional, friendly and rocking in an unforgettable hot pink branded truck and shirt. He explained everything needed, gave me a fair price and made me feel comfortable moving forward with the installation of my tankless hot water heater. The work came out clean and neat and works perfectly. I also appreciate the followup afterward to make sure I was happy with everything. Great customer service all around -- I highly recommend Big Kahuna Plumbing!

I had a super pleasant experience today with Josh Polakow; Master Plumber with Big Kahuna Plumbing. The pipes in the wall would sometimes rattle when the toilet was flushed, and I had a slow draining bathroom sink. He arrived within the appointment time window wearing shoe covers. He quickly determined the sources of the problems and clearly explained the resolutions. I found him to be honest, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable, with a most welcoming passion for educating his customers. His final cost was what had been quoted and was more than fair. It is without hesitation that I highly recommend his services to anyone needing a plumber. He is an expert in his field and his exceptional qualities will lead to long-term customer loyalty!

I had a great experience working with Josh from Big Kahuna Plumbing. He recently did some plumbing work on my duplex, including replacing pipes connected to the water heater and under the sink. While I’m not entirely familiar with all the technical details, Josh took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing in a way that made sense to me. He was very professional, patient, and communicative throughout the process. I especially appreciated how trustworthy he was — I felt comfortable going about my day while he handled the work. Josh came out did a detailed estimate with several options and explained the difference in the types of tanks and tankless systems. We went with the Essency EXR-D operates like a tankless. No metal parts, 100 gal hot water operation, and lifetime warranty!!! Josh placed a circulator so now we don’t have to wait 5 min for hot water at any of the faucets any more and hooked up our old fridge (moved to the garage) ice maker line. He explained all the setting modes and helped us non-techy consumers get it connected to Wi-Fi and our app to control all the features when we’re home or away. He made the old corroded tank disappear and everything was clean and spotless when he finished. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟. Ten Star Service and NEW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE
