The steak was absolutely delicious, and the chocolate cake was a classic — rich and satisfying without being overly sweet. Everything was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our experience. I celebrated my birthday at Palermo and had the best experience ever. Our server was lovely and heard me complaining about my residual cough and bought me honey lemon tea which was so sweet. The food was amazing. The steak was gorgeous and so generous in serving size. We had a lovely quiet booth in the corner of the restaurant which we loved. We would absolutely come back and could not recommend Palermo enough. Thank you!

We came back after a not so great experience and chose the $100 set menu for dinner and the food was great. Steak was cooked perfectly and tender and the entrees and dessert were both amazing too. If you get the set menu just be aware the most of the items come as shared meals. Staff were also very friendly. Recommend booking in advance if you can and to let staff know if you have limited time especially for the set menus as they may take time to come out.

Booked a table for this business trip, missed out last time. I was such a happy carnivore. Entrée, the special sausage and meat meet my expectations 100%. Travelling on business a lot, I rely on people's reviews. The service was quick, and the servers were really nice and efficient. No hesitation to recommend. I always end up coming back to Palermo for the steak. It’s consistently cooked really well, full of flavour and has that perfect char on the outside. The sides are great too, especially the roasted vegetables. One of my favourite spots when I’m craving a good steak.
