We built our home in 2012 & when finished in 2013 we moved in from Northern Ohio along the shores of Lake Erie. Our builder used cheap builder paint & we knew it needed new paint so we looked around. After reading all the 5 Star reports about this company called Apex Painting Group we decided to get an estimate from them. They were a little higher but they presented their proposal & after reading it I found that their proposal covered absolutely 100% of every question I had AND it also stated a 100% Guarantee on everything. Well the job was finished, as promised even with a rain storm for a few hours, and let me tell you we were very HAPPY withe finished work. The decsion to paint our quality but well used cabinets turned out to be the absolutely best decsion. Not only was it a savings of $6000 but they turned out just like new, frankly better looking than the new option we were considering. We were shocked how the Apex process smoothly and cleanly transformed our cabinets into luxury new cabinets, wow! I promise you will be delighted as we were. Our kitchen honestly looks like its showroom quality.
We were thoroughly impressed with the original purchase of our painting with Jordan from APEX and having Carol visit us to help us choose the New Colors for our home was easy and also enjoyable to experience her knowledge in Color matching as we chose to have a 3 paint option like the original painting on our home 14 years ago by our builder. We are anxiously awaiting to view and enjoy our New Paint Combination also. March 4, 2026 ~~ I had a little trouble opening up all our control doors, because of the FANTASTIC paint job on our home. I called them and they came out the NEXT day to take care of MY problem opening the doors. They came....They FIXED....they left and i thanked them for their GREAT SERVICE after the Beautiful paint job on our home.
We are beyond ecstatic with the painting of our house by Apex Painting. The level of communication by our foreman was unparalleled. We received texts every morning and evening with updates. Every single detail was executed perfectly…not one bleeding of paint. Every staff member was very professional and courteous. Our home looks brand new! We 💯 percent recommend using them for your painting needs.
Abel, Alex and Otelia were very professional. My project took 2 days. They were on time and on task the whole time they were here. Communication with both the crew and the office was exceptional. Very easy to deal with. Follow up after the project was done was also awesome. Really refreshing and so nice to work with a company that takes their work seriously and works hard to please the customer.
