The NEW YORK PIZZERIA is super delicious but VERY EXPENSIVE! and just for 1 large my total with 15% tip $47.53. $22.50 for supreme + $12.50 for a large+ $5.18 (15%tip) I placed my first order at 1240pm and scheduled to pick it up @ 1PM, at 12:51pm I was notified via text my order was ready. The pizza was warm and the bottom of box was soft/soggy. I will not be ordering again. The taste was YUMMY . Instead Cortinas pizza in Anaheim or round table pizza in Fullerton. Only take out is available at this location.

Food was very good and the price was good. Both the mixed chicken bowl and mixed pork shoulder were excellent. The chickpea and potato side was a bit too salty and I generally like salt. The chocolate cashew pudding was very good but too mall to order again. The atmosphere - there is none since it is a warehouse, but the outside made it worse due to trash and debris everywhere. I will definitely order again and now I know what to expect.

Update: My order was refunded, so I can't complain about the customer service after the fact. I ordered a vegan cheese pizza from Vegan Oven company. They used dairy cheese on the pizza. It is definitely not vegan. There is no way to directly contact the people who prepared the food. If you have any kind of dietary restrictions, I would never order from this place. Fired, they are fired forever.

Cloutea Hub Review: Ghost kitchen of a bunch of different "restaurants"(?). Storefront says "FOOD PICK UP AND TAKE OUT". Drive through a seemingly random and dimly lit business complex and at the end is a bright waiting room. Order through some kiosks and pick up at a locker. First time I went to one of these and definitely kinda weird. Not sure if it's bc I'm just new to this but it wasn't rlly a positive thing. Ordered 2 drinks and popcorn chicken. For a ghost kitchen where your food is meant to be eaten at home, the popcorn chicken was very soggy by the time we finished out 10 minute commute (not sure if it was crispy to begin with). Drinks were pretty solid but nothing too special. Food: 4/10 Vibes: 3/10 Value: 4/10

The food is good, but the service is very bad, even though I've given them feedback. Not just once, but twice now I've bought something and they've sent me whatever they want, that's not right at all. I ordered menudo and they sent me pozole, and this is the second time this has happened. I even wrote on the note that they should check what they put on it, and they still send pozole. This time they've really lost me as a customer.
