They were very responsive and sent someone out to my house very quickly. They were able to take care of our bee issue right away and communicated with me when the job was done.
Been using American Allegence for 8 years. I’ve moved two times and they just continue to treat my homes where ever i go! So reliable and its especially nice to know the owner Mike and his tech Billy who performs the treatments every 3 months, He’s very reliable knowledgeable and kind.
They were good at first but, the guys they had quit. Now they tell you they cant find anyone good to work for them as excuse why they cant do their job. So they admitted they are incompetent. They spray around windows and it stains your paint then they put gel on your paint for ants that doesn't ever dry. They claim the stains aren't from their gel and that there is water stains. If you run your fingers thru the stain, your fingers are covered with gel. The "water stains" were from their sprays and they applied clear gel also which coincidently is the same clear gel they use for ants which ruined the paint. They been out few times for small ants in our office and there's still ants after several services. BTW I am in my office everyday with the window right in front of me my working on computer and I see it everyday and the stains didn't appear until right after they did services specifically for ants. They asked for pictures of the damage then we never heard from them for about 1 month until we had to call them and ask what they will do about the damage and ants. Then, she stated my paint is old and the gel on the walls paint isn't from them. (The entire interior of the home was painted 4.5 years ago). The same gel that magically appeared after they put gel around the window for the ant problem and so happens to be the only window in the house that had the ants and the only window with gel stains. So as long as you don't have a pest problem they are ok, if you have a pest problem then they are horrible and will not take responsibility for damaging your home or eliminate the problem with pests which is the idea of having pest control in the first place. They went downhill quick. REPLY TO OWNER: It was your employees that told us they cant find anyone good to hire. This tells us your company has admitted to not having good employees. The "stains" you refer to are from your guy spraying around the window prior. Funny how you think you can explain something when you yourself hadnt even come out on location. Stains showed up after we first informed your company of ants, after time passed and still had the issue, your guy came out and smeared gel on the sides of the window. The third time he came out, I ran my finger thru gel after he tried to say it wasnt gel and that he said it was just water stain even tho i had gel on my fingers then he put out 2 ant traps. I wouldnt mind a few attempts to rid the ants but dont blatantly lie to me, especially when you were not here. You lost your chance. I have a new company who couldnt believe what yours did and they took care of the ant issue right away.
I have used American Alliance pest control for years. I took a break after Ian to do repairs on my home and resumed service. On 8/05/2025 I was taken to the hospital by ambulance, and while I was having emergency surgery- they came to my home without any scheduled visit, communication or request for approval- they sprayed the outside of my home and ran my debit card. They used to be a great company- now they have zero communication and terrible customer service. How any company can randomly provide services without a defined schedule and clear preapproval to process a debit card is beyond me. Save yourself some money, time and headaches- don’t use this company. 🤷♀️ Edit: at no time have I approved this company to store my credit card information. This was the second service, and they charged my debit card I used for the first service- WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR APPROVAL! Save yourself from being scammed by this company.
Unfortunately, I cannot add any additional comments directly to my review, which is why I have had to keep editing this response. I have been a loyal customer of this pest control company for a long time, but my recent experience has left me incredibly disappointed. Upon moving into a new home, I reached out to schedule my regular service, only to encounter rude & unprofessional behavior from the company’s staff. We had just moved into a pretty expensive home a week prior, & upon the technician discovering mushrooms growing inside, I immediately took action to address all necessary repairs. Since my mom is battling cancer, there was an added urgency to ensure that any issues, including pests & moisture, were promptly fixed so that her health wouldn’t be impacted. I notified Sadina of these repairs & assured her that everything was being taken care of. It’s important to note that in my previous home, I had a similar pest issue, & the company sent out a technician multiple times to address a larger problem. The contract clearly states “initial service plus as needed, free of charge.” So when we moved into this new home, I naturally expected the same level of service, based on the terms in my contract. However, when I reached out to Sadina & asked if someone could return in the first month to address lingering issues (ants upstairs), she informed me that I would have to pay again for the service. So, despite being under contract and having already paid for the service, they were willing to send someone out, but I would have to pay again for a visit in the same month. This was not only frustrating but also a clear violation of what was promised in the contract. After notifying Sadina of the repairs that had been made to the property, she still refused to send anyone out to service the home. What is particularly disappointing is that the owner continues to focus on the condition of my home, rather than the actual reason I left a bad review: the terrible customer service and condescending behavior from Sadina from the start. Now, seeing how the owner has responded to my review, I can understand where Sadina’s behavior comes from. Instead of addressing the issue at hand—unprofessional treatment—there is a constant focus on irrelevant factors that have nothing to do with my experience. Additionally, I had missed payments in the past due to losing my debit card, but I always made sure to pay when I had a balance. The fact that the owner continues to bring up unrelated issues, like past payment history, only adds to the humiliation. The real problem here is the unprofessionalism and dismissive attitude I encountered from Sadina, which clearly reflects the company’s broader attitude toward its customers. The fact that the company is now trying to shame me for things that are part of the normal process of moving into a new home only highlights their lack of understanding and empathy. Despite these issues, I acted quickly to resolve everything and still didn’t receive the service I was promised. After trying to remain patient, I finally became frustrated with Sadina’s dismissive attitude, which led to her hanging up on me when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I’m sure the owner will respond again, attempting to embarrass & humiliate me even further, but I don’t mind. At the end of the day, I know that the majority of people will agree with me: everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their circumstances. I did everything that was asked of me—made repairs, kept the company informed, & acted with urgency given my personal situation—but was still met with hostility and poor service. The real issue remains the disgusting, unprofessional behavior and treatment from a company that claims to care about its customers. I have kept all the messages & calls to Sadina, which I can gladly post as well. I strongly advise potential customers to carefully consider whether this company values professionalism, customer care, and basic respect for its clients.
